I like to take notes when doing pentests, so I write all the findings into a spreadsheet so that it is easy to organize them, such as numbering them, giving the same and repeated information, sorting them based on severity, and so on.

Copying what is in the Spreadsheet into Word takes a long time and is tedious, so here I made a template to speed up my performance in making reports.
